This is my first outfit post and I`m exited! I know is not the best outfit or anything, but every time I wear it I feel elegant, that's why I wanted to share it with you. Sorry for the bad quality pictures, I promise I will get better :)

Today at school there was a demonstration about the culture in Japan, it had music, food and info about the country.

I was fascinated by the decoration, it was simple but really beautiful, I specially loved the cherry blossom flowers made of paper that were all over the school, hanging from the ceiling or glued to the hallways.

They also had a wishing tree, which is a tradition in japan. What you have to do is write down your wish in a piece of paper and then hang it from the tree, I thought it was a really cute thing to do and it immediately brightened my day.

My school has cultural demonstrations every semester. The countries that participate are: China, Japan, Germany, France, Brazil and USA. I will try to take pictures of the rest of the countries and post them as soon as possible.

I just found this amazing Etsy shop called FERONIA. It has a wide and beautiful variety of jewelry that is elegant, chic and very very functional, you can wear it with a plain white shirt and it will transform an ordinary outfit into something fabulous or it can add that extra touch of elegance to your already fabulous outfit. Every single piece of jewelry is extraordinary.

As I was browsing the FERONIA store, I fell in love with every single piece feature in the store, every single piece was even more beautiful than the previous one, but I decided to make a TOP 3 of my favorite pieces, which ended up being a TOP 4 of my favorite pieces. Here are my favorites:

4. Polestar Earring Studs: Wow!! they leave me breathless!! as I saw them I started picturing myself in a beautiful LBD, my hair all pulled back; that way this beauties can be the center of attention.
3. The rose ring: This is one is a classic. I know I would wear it every single day.
2. A rose by the sparkling water: This piece is so feminine and ethereal, the moment I saw it I pictured it being worn with a white lace vintage dress and pink ballet flats.

And my favorite:

1. Cuffs bracelet/pink silver with mystic blue quartz: The moment I saw this piece I almost had to pinch myself, I couldn't believe how perfect it was, this piece it´s not your average chain cuff!! why you may ask? well because it has the perfect mixture of feminine with tough plus you get 2 pieces in one: you can wear it as a necklace or as a bracelet; either way its just perfect!!

because it was still open after midnight.

La Vie en Rose

I love this song, I love France and I love crepes,
so I can't believe i found everything in just one place!
It is a creperie called "Crepe de Paris".
The crepe i ordered was the "Melody"
with Reeses peanut butter and Banana... So delicious!
The place is cozy and warm, and I even practiced
my french with the kind waiter;
the chef prepares the crepes in the kitchen
which is right in front of you.
What else can you ask for?

Sloppy joe is one of my favorite comfort/junk food. My love for Sloppy joe began when I was in summer school, I can still remember sloppy Mondays at the school cafeteria. Sloppy Mondays made me really happy when I was a kid.

Right now I´am eating a Delicious Sloppy Joe and watching chick flicks. I can`t think about a better way to spend a lazy Sunday.

The rain has been none stop for the past few weeks and today was no exception. So why not look chic while standing under the pouring rain??!!!

Jeffrey Campbell is a genius for creating rain boots with a wedge, I mean come on people of course now we have more feminine and pretty options when it comes to rain boots but there still big and industrial looking, the wedge in the Jeffrey Campbell boots is a fresh take in the old and boring rain boots.

What I liked about the trench coat is that the black line in the neck and at the bottom makes it more chic, elegant and it gives a statement of uniqueness unlike your classic khaki trench coat, don`t get me wrong I love simple and timeless pieces but you know that everybody will be wearing the same trench coat as you.

The umbrella is...well is Burberry what else can you ask for??!!!

Room makeover

After seeing all the beautiful bedrooms in the photos it makes me think about how bad my room needs a makeover... my favorites are the first and the third room.

The first room looks so peaceful, breezy and feminine; the third one reminds me of a secret fort where you can read your favorite romantic novels and daydream about prince charming.

I will continue my search for beautiful bedrooms that I can use as inspiration while daydreaming about the perfect bedroom and maybe one day I might actually give my room a makeover.
